By purchasing from Tarti, you agree to follow all recommended aftercare guidelines provided with your hair extensions and haircare products. Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to issues caused by incorrect application, improper maintenance, heat damage, chemical processing, environmental exposure (including hard water, sun, sea or chlorine), or failure to follow advised aftercare instructions. Hair extensions are a natural product and may vary slightly in tone and texture. Any concerns must be raised within the specified guarantee period, and Tarti reserves the right to request photographs, videos, or return of the product for inspection before approving a replacement or resolution.

To remain eligible for our 6-month guarantee, customers must provide valid proof of purchase within the 6-month period for Tarti Hair Growth Shampoo, Hair Growth Conditioner and Mask, Heat Protector, and Hair Oil Pods, as part of the required aftercare routine. Failure to provide proof of recommended product use may void the guarantee.
